Access to the right talent is one of the biggest challenges facing businesses, and for many, it is difficult to acquire the skills they need for the future.

In Trøndelag, we have a fantastic opportunity to recruit new knowledge, with universities that consistently have over 40,000 students. This report examines businesses' experiences, attitudes, and challenges in recruiting students during their studies and for permanent positions after graduation. The goal is to provide insights and develop better initiatives to connect students with the business community.
