Project goal
SIFA AS is a leading player in sheet metal processing. The company wanted to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) could streamline internal processes in administration and simplify daily work. An interdisciplinary team mapped both administrative and operational routines, and developed a concrete solution that quickly created value.

The project started with company visits and conversations to map both administrative and operational processes. The team then prioritized concrete improvement areas and developed an AI-based solution with gradual testing and adaptation together with employees.

Results and deliverables
